As far as I can tell, the Uplay stuff is linked to the save options file, so I would need that as well as the save. I don't care about percentage as long as the Uplay stuff is there. Additionally, if anyone knows a way to unlock the Uplay items in the game (without linking it to the Ubisoft server, obviously), I'd be interested in that as well. 4.
Look at Panthéon's chest rewards. Very bottom right one on the app shows you will unlock Altair's Master Assassin Outfit.
