The full size spare is full size in name only. It is a regular XL rated tire with same diameter as the road tires but narrower. Also, the Wrangler wheels are 6.0" backspacing and I think the Grand Cherokees were always 5.0 or 5.5" so you might have rubbing issues on the upper A-arms regardless of tires. The 245/70/17 is also the largest size you can fit in the wheel well and not have the floor sit up. See if you can grab the spare as well, you will get 20% more life out of the tyres by rotating through 5 as opposed to 4.
